‘It is good to have a shared experience with other women in an environment that is normally male dominated’

THE HARMONY TRAINING MODEL

Training the trainers  forms a core element of the Harmony Training Model. We believe that by enabling more women to become trainers in music and music industry skills we can combat the isolation and lack of support that prevents girls and women from progressing in education and careers in the industry.

NEW TRAINING

We are developing new training programmes all the time. Currently

we are offering music training for young people, bespoke studio training for learners with special needs, music technology and band development.
